The Dirk Defense

Excessive Dirk-bashing is irksome to me. There was a time when I would bring up counterpoints and confront a jackass engaging in such activities, but that got tiring. The anti-Bavarianism was simply too prevalent, the current was too strong. Which is why I have to link to Todd Spehr's solid Nowitzki write up over at SLAM.
